The Coronavirus outbreak has had a significant and unprecedented impact on a number of businesses throughout the UK, including publishing.

Sadly, we are very sorry to let you know that due to the impact of the pandemic on our business, we have had to make the extremely difficult decision to cease publishing a number of our publications. We appreciate that this be very disappointing news but we wanted to thank our readers for their loyalty and support, whether you've only recently joined us or if you've been a member of our community for several years

We appreciate that this be very disappointing news but we wanted to thank our readers for their loyalty and support, whether you've only recently joined us or if you've been a member of our community for several years.

  4. What will happen to my magazine subscription?

  5. We will be writing to subscribers separately to advise them of the closure of the magazine and providing with an option to automatically transfer to a suitable alternative magazine for the remaining of their subscription providing ongoing inspiration or request a refund.


  6. I already have a subscription to the transferred magazine?

  7. If you already have a subscription to the magazine you are being transferred onto, the remaining number of issues left from your exiting subscription will be added to this title.


  8. I paid by Direct Debit what will happen

  9. If your subscription is paid for by continuous Direct Debit, there will be no disruption to your subscription delivery to the transferred title and you will still be covered by your Direct Debit guarantee. This means for each issue remaining on your current subscription you will now receive a copy of transfer magazine as per your initial instruction.


  10. How can I find out how many issues are remaining on my subscription?

  11. If you log on to 'your account 'on buysubscriptions.com it will give details of how many issues are remaining on your current subscription.

  12. What if I want to cancel my subscription?

  13. We hope that you will want to continue your subscription with the magazine you are transferred onto but if you would like to cancel then please contact our customer service team within 14 days of having received the notification.


  14. My subscription is a gift. Have you told the person who gave it to me?

  15. We will be writing to all subscribers to advise them of the closure of the affected magazines.
