New issues are available in your app as soon as they are published. You will need to download them from within your app. We will send you a notification when new issues are available if you have 'Notifications' turned on in your device 'Settings'.

Your subscription will become active within 24 hours of your order being placed. To access your subscription, please download the App from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once you've opened the app, click the menu button in the top left-hand corner and select 'restore purchases'.

On the 'restore purchases' page enter your subscriber number in the box under 'other purchases' and click ‘redeem’. You can find your subscriber number on your welcome email and/or letter, or the paper envelope your magazine arrives in.

Once your subscriber number has been added, the most recent issue will now be available to read. You can read your digital issues live with an internet connection or download them so they are available to read offline.

You can view your downloaded issues by going to the Library Tab and then My Issues, from here you can toggle on ‘Downloads Only’, this will show the issues that you have downloaded. You can then delete issues to clear space on your device.

Yes, you should get instant access to the latest issue published at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 24 hours for your subscription to become active.

The App is free for everyone to download. To download single issues within the App, as and when they become available, you just pay a one issue price.

Make sure you download the free app on your new apple device using the same Apple ID that you used to purchase your subscription and you will be given access to any purchases made under that Apple ID account.

You simply need to download the free app on your Android tablet using the same Google Account and you will be given access to any purchases made under that account. We cannot transfer purchases made via iTunes/App Store to an Android device, or vice versa. This is because of the different systems that Apple and Google use to handle their purchases. This is out of our control, but we are always looking for ways to improve this experience for our customers.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection over Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G (additional data charges may apply, please use Wi-Fi where possible). You can archive your issue and download it again. If your issue still doesn't work correctly you can delete the App from your device and install it again. Although this may sound extreme it is often necessary. You won't lose any of your purchases, but you will need to download issues again.

Yes. The issues will always belong to you, but in general they will be restricted to the platform (iOS/Android) on which you purchased them.

Apple Users:
If you have subscribed to the App and have been charged for an issue that should have been included in your subscription package, please contact Apple directly via iTunes using your Apple ID. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on behalf of Apple.

Android Users:

Under normal circumstances we request you wait up to 10 days for the UK, 14 days for Europe, 21 days for the US and 28 days for Rest of the World. Extreme weather, postal strikes or Bank Holidays may extend the delivery time
