Q. When will my subscription start?
A. You can choose the first issue of your subscription during our checkout. If you are buying as a gift you can make sure their first magazine does not arrive before a certain date. If you do not select a future date your first magazine will be the next issue available. We are unable to start a subscription for a previous issue or the latest copy on sale in shops. When you subscribe through buysubscriptions.com you will receive an order confirmation email stating the date of your first issue.
Q. I selected an offer with an Added Extra. When will this arrive?
A. If the subscription offer you select includes an Added Extra we will send it to the address of the person paying for the subscription. Our Added Extras are sent separately from the magazine and will arrive within 28 working days of your payment being processed. Added Extra items are currently only available for delivery within the UK.
Q. How can I keep track of my subscription or change my delivery address?
A. By creating an account on buysubscriptions.com you are able to see when your next issue is due, how many issues you have remaining on your current payment, change your delivery address, and renew your subscription.
Q. I'm going on holiday, can I pause my subscription?
If you have a holiday planned and would like to temporarily pause your subscription please contact us and we will arrange this for you. Just select the first issue you don't want to receive, and the issue that you want your subscription to restart with and we'll do the rest.
Q. How do I cancel my Radio Times subscription?
If you pay for your subscription by direct debit or other continuous payment, please visit our subscription cancellation service to easily cancel your subscription online. If you do not pay by direct debit, please contact our helpful customer service team on 03330 162 139.
Q. I am now receiving the England edition of Radio Times magazine, why have you made this change?
Previously we had three regional editions in England. Hhowever, from week 2 2023 we are merging these, and going forward there will only be an England edition. The changes mean that we will be able to print copies quicker, which will be beneficial. If you are an existing subscriber you do not have to do anything, and regional listings will still be included.
Q. Why isn't my issue arriving every Tuesday as usual?
Around Christmas time we change our publishing schedule to ensure our subscribers receive their copies as early before the listings start, so that you can plan your Christmas viewing. This includes receiving some issues on days other than the normal Tuesday onsale, but your issue will always arrive in good time before the listings start.
Q. Why haven't I received my Christmas issue, when it's already available in the shop?
Due to the volume of the Christmas edition being printed and mailed, we are unable to mail subscriber copies until all regions have been printed. You should receive your Christmas issue with plenty of time to plan your Christmas viewing before the listings start on Saturday 24 December. If your copy hasn’t arrived by Monday 22nd December please let us know.
